From Providcence/Boston
Take I-95 South to Exit 74 (Flanders/Niantic); turn right at the end of the ramp onto route 161. After 4 (or maybe 5) lights (about 1.5 miles), the road forks; bear right toward Black Point/Crescent Beach. Continue straight through two stop signs and one light (at Main St. ) onto Black Point Rd. After passing Scotti’s Farm, bear left and go under the railroad trestle. (continued below)

Continued
At the stop sign immediately past the railroad trestle, turn right onto Black Point Rd. At the next stop sign, take another right onto Old Black Point Rd. After 1.5 miles, go through the white gates which mark the entrance to Old Black Point. Continue straight, and at the first stop sign (3rd. left) turn up the little hill onto The Great Wight Way. Go straight past the tennis courts on the right until you see the croquet courts on the left at the end of the road. Turn left onto West Lane. The Butlers’ house is the 2nd. driveway on the left, 14 West land.

Note:
If you get lost and ask for directions, just be sure to ask for Old Black Point. There are two Black Point communities right next to each other. One is Black Point, one is Old Black Point. We are Old Black Point.

Do not rely on GPS guidance. GPS will lead you to a locked chain across the road.
